These Terms are specific to the current Android writing app and its published feature set.
Acceptance and scope
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of AI Essay Writer & Chat, published by Intuitex AI Solutions. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
What the App provides
The App provides AI-assisted essay generation, configurable essay length, academic-level selection, tone and writing-style controls, AI Chat, brainstorming, explanations, Essay History, copying and sharing functionality and related writing tools.
AI output limitations
AI-generated essays and chat responses may contain inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, fabricated or contextually inappropriate information.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying generated content before submitting, publishing or relying on it.
Academic integrity
The App can support brainstorming and draft creation, but users are responsible for following the rules of their school, university, examination provider, employer or publisher concerning AI use, plagiarism, attribution, citation and original work.
Do not present AI-generated work as entirely your own where applicable rules require disclosure or prohibit such use.
High-stakes information
Do not rely solely on generated content for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, regulatory or other high-stakes decisions. Obtain qualified professional advice where appropriate.
User prompts and content
You are responsible for prompts, questions and other content you submit. You must have the right to use that content and must not knowingly submit unlawful, infringing, abusive or unauthorized confidential material.
You retain the rights you already hold in your own original content. Processing rights necessary to provide the requested feature are limited to what is reasonably required to operate the App and its service providers.
Essay History
Essay History is a convenience feature and should not be treated as permanent archival storage. Users should keep independent copies of important writing.
Copying and sharing
You are responsible for reviewing generated content before copying, sharing, publishing or submitting it. The App does not guarantee that generated text is original, citation-ready, plagiarism-free or suitable for a particular institution or publication.
Advertising
The App contains advertising. Ad format, frequency, provider, personalization and availability may change subject to consent requirements, Google Play policies, applicable law and the App’s configuration.
Acceptable use
You must not use the App to facilitate unlawful conduct, fraud, harassment, impersonation, malicious automation, copyright infringement, prohibited academic misconduct or other harmful activity.
You must not attempt to bypass security, damage infrastructure, abuse service limits, interfere with advertising/consent systems or reverse engineer protected parts of the App except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Third-party services
The App may rely on OpenAI, Google AdMob, Google User Messaging Platform, Firebase, Google Play and other technical infrastructure. Third-party availability, policies and service limitations are outside the publisher’s complete control.
Intellectual property
The App’s software, branding, interface, original design and publisher materials are owned by or licensed to INTUITEX AI SOLUTIONS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED / Intuitex AI Solutions, except for third-party materials identified separately.
You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms and Google Play rules.
Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, add, restrict or discontinue features for product development, security, legal compliance, provider changes or technical reasons. AI and network-based services may occasionally be unavailable.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every generated essay, explanation, response, style choice or factual statement will be correct, original or suitable for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from reliance on AI output, academic or professional consequences, lost local history, third-party service interruption or misuse of the App. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary for serious abuse, fraud, security risk, legal requirements or discontinuation of the service.
Google Play
Your download and use of the App may also be subject to Google Play’s applicable terms, policies and account requirements. Google controls the Play Store distribution platform and related account functionality.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when App functionality, AI services, advertising, platform requirements or legal obligations materially change. The effective date will be updated when revised Terms are published.
