Scope and developer
This Privacy Policy applies to AI Essay Writer & Chat, published by Intuitex AI Solutions and associated with the legal developer INTUITEX AI SOLUTIONS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED.
It explains how information is processed when you use essay generation, AI Chat, Essay History, advertising, consent management, Firebase Remote Config and support.
No account required
The App does not require you to create an account or provide a name, profile or password to use its core writing features.
Prompts, essay topics and chat messages
When you enter an essay topic, prompt, question or chat message, that text must be processed to provide the requested AI response. The App’s existing privacy disclosures state that user inputs are sent to OpenAI for AI content generation.
Because text can itself contain personal information, avoid entering passwords, payment-card information, government identifiers, medical records, confidential business information or other highly sensitive data.
OpenAI processing
OpenAI is used as an AI service provider for essay and chat generation. Information sent to the AI service is processed to return the requested output and is subject to the provider’s applicable API terms, privacy documentation and the technical configuration used by the App.
The App does not promise that generated output is private merely because no account is required. Users should treat submitted prompts as information being transmitted to a network-based AI service.
Essay History and local storage
Generated essays and chat-related history may be stored locally on your device for convenience. The existing App privacy policy states that the developer does not maintain a central database of personal writings.
You can clear locally stored essay/chat data using the App’s available cache/history clearing controls. Android backup, device migration or operating-system behavior may affect local application data.
Google AdMob
The App contains advertising and uses Google AdMob. AdMob may process advertising identifiers where permitted, device information, approximate technical data, ad interactions, consent signals and diagnostic information according to Google’s policies, device settings and applicable law.
Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on region, consent and advertising configuration.
Google User Messaging Platform (UMP)
Where required, Google User Messaging Platform may be used to request or manage advertising consent. The existing App privacy policy states that users in the EEA and UK can manage privacy preferences through the App’s privacy-preference controls.
Firebase Remote Config
Firebase Remote Config is used for application configuration and optimization, such as changing eligible non-sensitive settings or behavior without requiring a new app release.
Remote Config is not intended to upload the contents of your locally stored essay history to the developer.
Support communications
If you contact support, we receive the information you voluntarily provide, such as your email address, message, screenshots, device/app details and any content you include to explain the issue.

Third-party services and disclosure
The App relies on service providers for AI generation, advertising, consent management, app configuration and Google Play distribution. Those providers may process information according to the service being used, the developer’s configuration, the provider’s own terms and applicable law.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law, legal process, security, fraud prevention or protection of legal rights.
Retention
Local essay/chat history remains on the device until it is cleared, app data is reset, or the App is removed, subject to Android backup behavior.
Third-party providers may retain information according to their documented policies and the technical configuration used by the App.
Deletion and controls
- Clear locally stored essay/chat history using the App’s Settings controls where available.
- Manage privacy or ad-consent choices through the App where a consent interface is provided.
- Manage Android advertising/privacy settings available on the device.
- Clear app storage through Android settings if appropriate.

Children's privacy
The App is a general productivity and writing tool and does not knowingly seek personal information from children in violation of applicable law. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information inappropriately may contact us.
Security
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information and services involved. No mobile application, network transmission or third-party AI service can guarantee absolute security.
International processing
Third-party providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, the relevant controller or processor should apply those safeguards.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when AI providers, advertising, consent management, storage behavior, Firebase configuration, legal requirements or App functionality change.
