These Terms are specific to iLauncher and its Google Play distribution.
Acceptance and scope
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of iLauncher: iOS 27 Launcher, published by Intuitex AI Solutions / INTUITEX AI SOLUTIONS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Launcher functionality
iLauncher is an Android Home/launcher application. When selected as the default Home app, it can display installed applications, provide launcher pages, folders, a dock, App Library, search, widgets, themes, icon/title customization and other supported personalization tools.
You can switch to another launcher at any time through Android settings.
Compatibility and Android limitations
Behavior may vary by Android version, device manufacturer, battery-management policy, biometric capability, launcher restrictions and other system settings. Some features may be unavailable or behave differently on certain devices.
Widgets and information accuracy
Widget values such as weather, battery or storage information are provided for convenience and can be delayed, approximate or unavailable. Do not rely on widget information for safety-critical or professional decisions.
Themes, icons, labels and wallpapers
Customization changes the presentation inside iLauncher and supported Android surfaces. It does not modify the underlying third-party app, transfer ownership of third-party trademarks, or guarantee identical behavior to another operating system.
Control Center-style quick controls
Quick controls provide launcher-accessible shortcuts or supported device actions. iLauncher does not replace Android’s protected system Control Center/Quick Settings implementation and cannot bypass operating-system security restrictions.
Hide Apps and App Lock
Hide Apps and App Lock are convenience/privacy features. They do not guarantee that an installed app becomes invisible everywhere on Android, and they are not a substitute for device encryption, Android screen lock, parental controls or enterprise mobile-device management.
Advertising
The free experience may contain Google AdMob advertising. Ad availability and personalization can depend on region, consent choices, Android privacy settings, Google services and network conditions.
Premium subscriptions
iLauncher may offer optional weekly, monthly and yearly Premium subscriptions. Premium may unlock advanced launcher features, themes, customization options or other paid content identified in the purchase screen.
The price, billing period and exact benefits are shown in Google Play before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew according to the selected billing period unless cancelled through Google Play before renewal. No free trial is promised unless the Google Play purchase screen explicitly offers one.
Billing and cancellation
Google Play processes subscription payments. You can manage or cancel eligible subscriptions through your Google Play account. Deleting iLauncher does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Acceptable use
You must not use the App to facilitate unlawful activity, bypass Android security controls, interfere with other apps, abuse advertising systems, impersonate third-party brands, distribute infringing content or attempt unauthorized access to protected device functions.
Third-party apps and services
iLauncher displays or launches third-party applications installed on your device. Those apps remain governed by their own terms and privacy practices. The publisher is not responsible for the availability, content or behavior of third-party applications.
No Apple affiliation
iLauncher is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Apple Inc. iPhone and iOS are trademarks of Apple Inc. References to third-party products or interface styles are used only to describe design inspiration and functionality.
Availability and changes
We may add, modify, restrict or discontinue features for compatibility, security, legal compliance, platform-policy changes, product improvement or technical reasons.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, exact visual parity with another operating system, universal device compatibility or permanent availability of every theme/widget.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from launcher incompatibility, lost local customization, third-party app behavior, advertising, widget inaccuracies or misuse of privacy features. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when product behavior, Premium offerings, permissions, Google Play requirements or applicable law materially change.
